Aston Manor Academy – Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Fixed Term Maternity Cover until November 2023

Salary: £25,714 – £41,604 per annum, MPS/UPS

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, innovative and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our fantastic existing team in order to assist with the development of the department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding teaching practitioner, who has enthusiasm for their subject, is able to motivate and inspire students and will further support the high achievements of the department.

Aston Manor Academy – Assistant Headteacher (DSL)

Salary: £59,581 – £65,735 per annum

 Leadership scale L15 – L19

Required as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with a breadth of knowledge and experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our fantastic existing and committed leadership team.  The ideal candidate will support the headteacher in the strategic leadership of the school to achieve the outcomes that are legally required by government legislation and the school improvement plan.  You will be able to take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school (including online safety). Lead whole school training, support and advise all staff on child welfare, safeguarding and child protection matters, and liaise with relevant agencies such as the local authority and police.
