Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the office team. The successful candidate will cover the reception over the busiest periods and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working on a busy reception, will be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.

We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to engage with, motivate and inspire students and support the high achievements of the school, encompassing our ethos ‘All different, all equal, all achieving’ in all they do. The candidate is to be competent to teach a range of subjects to a range of key stages where requires, with support from the Head of Department.

Equitas Academies Trust ICT Central Services team have a vacancy for a reliable, creative, and organised professional with a good knowledge of IT and excellent people skills to provide support across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the transformation of our network systems through supporting the implementation of project development work across the Trust.
This role is ideal for an individual who wishes to move into a customer facing role and has an interest in supporting and dealing with IT issues. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organizing skills and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with proven track record of problem solving. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide support to our wide range of end users, prioritising and maintaining IT data records accurately. If you are able to adapt and learn quickly in a busy education setting, able to monitor, resolve, and where required, escalate first line helpdesk tickets, we would welcome your application.
Working as an effective member of the ICT team, you will support the basic operation and configuration of Academy desktop computers and any other devices, while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy a challenge. We are also willing to consider flexible working arrangements, reduced hours for the right candidate.

We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Assistant that will provide effective supervision and control of pupils during social times, in and outside of the building and to assist in monitoring and securing the safety and welfare of pupils during movement around the school. You will also provide pastoral assistance with behaviour management within the school and classroom environment.
